 This organic coconut oil comes with a spatula. It is important not to touch the oil with your fingers. It will contaminate the oil and will reduce freshness, which will result in a stale smell. The oil gets SOLID BELOW 76F. This is normal. We advise to keep the coconut oil at room temperature. Should you get the jar and the oil is solid because of the transportation in cold temperature outside (like in fall or winter), place the jar at room temperature or place it for some minutes closed in warm water. It will become liquid. Don't place in oven or microwave. Important: Don't open the jar before it has become liquid again. Placing the jar in the fridge will make the oil solid. Some of our customers keep it in the fridge and let it melt on the skin. It melts within seconds! If the oil is semi-solid it has a creamy consistence. NOTE: We don't accept returns of opened and used items.
